All quotations are free unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless specified.
Prices may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen issues discovered on-site.
All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Appointment dates and times are agreed in advance.
The customer must ensure safe, clear access to the site and equipment.
Missed appointments or restricted access may incur a call-out charge.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a call-out or labour charge.
Emergency call-outs are chargeable regardless of outcome.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Replacement parts may be new or manufacturer-approved equivalents.
We are not liable for system failures caused by age, misuse, poor maintenance, or pre-existing faults.
Temporary repairs may be required where permanent solutions are not immediately possible.
Workmanship is guaranteed for a period agreed at the time of service.
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and parts.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
All work is carried out in compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.
Customers must inform us of any known hazards before work begins.
We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
